Signature Seasons Recipe
Blackened Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo (serves 6) 6 Boneless Chicken Breasts (6oz average size) 1 cup Blackening Cajun spice 6 oz Butter 3 pounds of Fettuccini- cooked 750 ml 35% cream 3 oz Butter 1 Tb Chopped Garlic 8 oz mixed bell pepper strips ½ cup Green Onion chopped 8 oz Sliced Mushrooms 6 oz Parmesan Cheese Salt & Pepper Trim chicken breast of any fat, pat dry with paper towel and press chicken breasts into the spice mixture.
