Maple Marinated Pork Tenderloin & Jack Daniels BBQ Sauce

3 Pork tenderloin (cut in to 6)
2 Cups Maple Syrup
1/4 cups of white or red wine

Marinate pork in syrup and wine mix for at least two hours. Ready to BBQ

BBQ Sauce

3/4 cup Jack Daniels
1/2 cup chopped onions
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 cups ketchup
3 tbls Worcestshire sauce
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup Balsamic glaze
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tbsp salt
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 tsp liquid smoke
2 tbsp chipolte tobasco sauce

Combine onion and garlic, saute until translucent, de-glaze with Jack Daniels. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer uncovered until reduced and thickened, 10 -20 min, cool and store
