              Pastry Chef Andrew Beck

In 1989 Chef Andrew started his career at The World Trade and Convention Centre. For five years he trained under the leadership of Pastry Chef Glen Pulsifer until 1994, when he took the reins as the Head Pastry Chef.  Looking for a change, Chef Andrew moved back to Dartmouth to work at Jack Sprats Cafe.  It was there that he refined his skills making bread and desserts.  In 1998 he became Pastry Chef at La Cave Restaurant. He quickly became recognized for his skill and attention to detail when his desserts were voted best in Halifax by The Coast Best of Food readers' poll.

Chef Andrew's desire and drive to refine his creativity led him to Seasons Bistro in 2008.  It is here that he is making his mark daily creating an elegant selection of breads and desserts.  His attention to detail shows.
